November 2025 Self-Management Workshops for Patients on behalf of Joanne Lemay, Community Self-Management Coordinator, Community Health Improvement, RRMC

Dear Providers,

Below and attached are the Self-Management workshops for the month of November. The VeggieVanGo dates for November are the first Friday (11/7) and fourth Thursday (11/28) at the Diamond Run Mall parking lot.

November features classes for smoking cessation, high blood pressure, diabetes prevention, and chronic pain management.
