Yoga Workshop: Legs Up the Wall & Beyond

In this workshop, we will use legs-up-the-wall as a jumping off point to target the low body. The wall and floor will provide support to maintain a neutral posture, so that we can explore many common poses from a unique perspective. As we take the need to sit up out of the equation, we can delve deeply into sensation and opening. All levels are welcome, and this workshop will be particularly useful to those with tight hips and hamstrings as well as those who struggle with seated postures. The practice will culminate with yoga nidra, a guided deep relaxation.
