Paint & Sip Party

Join the Greater Killington Women's Club for a fun Paint & Sip Party on Thursday June 19th beginning at 6 pm at the KPAA Welcome Center in support of our scholarship/awards program. Claude Monet painted his beloved water garden about 250 times from the 1890s until he died in 1926. And he painted his water garden with the Japanese Foot Bridge at Giverny more than 18 times over more than 20 years. Artist Lauren Teton of Arty Party Vermont has adapted this oil painting to modern paints and materials so you can paint your own version of this masterpiece, which is one of the highest-priced paintings of modern times. It is enjoyable and absorbing to paint, and your results will surprise you! This event will also give you a deeper appreciation of the genius of Monet.
