Guided Heart Chakra Meditation
In the March 1st Workshop we will continue the Chakra Explorations by focusing on the Heart Chakra. You’ll learn a bit about this center and then experience a guided meditation journeying into this very important part of yourself. The intention is to allow for some balancing of the energy here, set things to move things in the right direction…seeing what’s present. The focus is the heart center, but you will be guided through all seven main chakras leaving you with a more complete experience and an overall balancing.
In the following sessions we will continue to focus on one specific chakra each time, noticing where imbalances might be and possibly getting insight on how to work on that. This practice will allow you to sharpen our energetic awareness.
No prior experience is needed. As for the more avid meditation yogi, you will find a group to enjoy this with, enhance your practice by reaping the benefits of the combined positive energy in a group meditation. Everybody is welcome!
