Building Your Own Reality

Professor of voice and founder of the BARN OPERA and Opera Brittenica, Joshua Collier will be presenting a lecture on developing your dream business and succeeding in the arts. At the start of COVID-19, Collier and BARN OPERA worked to establish the Social Distance Opera, which released full performances of operas as audio recordings over the course of six weeks. This project allowed performers worldwide to continue to share their art with audience members during a time when the majority of arts venues and programs were indefinitely stalled.
